Geoff Bourgeois

Geoff Bourgeois is a seasoned entrepreneur and technologist with over two decades of experience in enterprise software, data storage, cloud computing, and machine intelligence. He built and led high-performing teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales, ultimately founding and scaling HubStor, a cloud data platform that was acquired by Veritas Technologies. Throughout his career, Geoff has been a product visionary with a focus on execution, innovation, and long-term value creation.

After years immersed in the world of digital systems and corporate growth, Geoff discovered the fast-paced and community-driven world of pickleball and was instantly hooked. Now living internationally with his wife of 21 years and their six children, Geoff has channeled his passion into founding Palmera Pickleball, where he serves as CEO and principal investor. Palmera brings together high-performance athletics, family, entrepreneurship, and global vision, all of which reflect Geoff’s journey and mission.
