Geoff Bourgeois is the founder and CEO of Palmera Pickleball, bringing over 20 years of leadership in technology and entrepreneurship to the court. As a seasoned technologist and business builder, Geoff has led high-performing teams across product development, engineering, marketing, and sales. He is best known for founding and scaling HubStor, an enterprise cloud data platform that was later acquired by Veritas Technologies.

Throughout his career, Geoff has consistently focused on innovation, strategic execution, and long-term value creation. His track record reflects a deep understanding of complex systems and a clear vision for building businesses that last. After years immersed in enterprise software and digital infrastructure, Geoff discovered the dynamic, community-driven world of pickleball and quickly became a passionate player and advocate for the sport.

Now based internationally with his wife of 21 years and their six children, Geoff has united his personal and professional life through Palmera Pickleball. He is building the company with his son Jeremy and actively involving the rest of the family in its growth. As a family-led business, Palmera is the product of shared values, a commitment to high performance, and a desire to create something lasting together.
