Nick Hale brings a wealth of experience and a lifelong passion for sport to his role as Vice President of Strategic Operations at Palmera Pickleball. Originally from Idaho, Nick began his career as a professional snowboarder before transitioning into a new chapter that led him to Central America. After years of travel and exploration, he settled in Nicaragua, where he has lived for over 15 years and developed a deep connection to the local community and the coastal lifestyle.

Nick discovered pickleball three years ago and quickly embraced the game with the same energy and discipline that fueled his love for board sports. At Palmera, he helps guide long-term planning, logistics, and growth initiatives, bringing both a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit to the team.

As a close friend of the Bourgeois family and an integral part of the Palmera mission, Nick plays a key role in supporting the company’s vision of expanding pickleball through community, innovation, and purpose.
