Co-founder of Palmera Pickleball and competitive player.

Jeremy Bourgeois is a co-founder of Palmera Pickleball and the eldest member of the Bourgeois family. He plays an active role in shaping the company’s direction, combining hands-on business work with his development as a competitive pickleball player.

Jeremy completed high school early with a strong focus on science and mathematics and has followed a largely self-directed path of learning. His interests span business, problem-solving, athletics, and creative work, with time spent surfing, training, and competing in pickleball.

Before joining Palmera full-time, Jeremy led marketing efforts for a fitness company, gaining early experience in branding, execution, and day-to-day operations. Today, he works across multiple areas of Palmera while continuing to train and compete, balancing long-term athletic goals with the practical realities of building a business.

Jeremy brings a disciplined, curious mindset to Palmera and is deeply involved in its growth alongside his family, with a focus on consistency, improvement, and building something that lasts.
